Please note:
  • Shipping cost is based on your total order (weight) and the location. The site supports a shipping estimator that only requires you to add the items to the shopping cart and basic shipping information (state & zip code)
  • For UPS, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Express, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Any Express Air Services do not include any Saturday deliveries. 
    Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.
  • We ship Monday through Friday most weeks. Any exceptions will be posted.
  • UPS, FedEx, and FedEx Ground do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Most orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. If you have any questions, email us first.
  • All fluids must be shipped on Ground Services Only. No fluids are shipped on any UPS Air Services, USPS Priority, or FedEx Express.
  • Not all international orders will use tracking numbers depending on the shipping service chosen. If any questions, email us first.
  • On some USPS shipments, if First Class gives a quicker delivery time, we will change the service if eligible.
  • For ground shipments, we reserve the right to change service if one of the options can offer quicker service. Also if any technical issue arrives or any other delay, we can change companies to get the package out as soon as possible.
  • We do NOT collect any customs fees or brokerage fees on international orders. If your country requires either or both, it is up to the buyer to pay those fees at the time of delivery.
  • We are not liable for any delivery delays caused by the delivery company picked by the buyer. Service delays and alerts are available on each of the shipping companies' websites if needed. If there is a service failure by the chosen delivery company that violates that company's policy, we will work with the buyer for any credit the delivery allows. 
  • Any packages delayed by the delivery company chosen by the customer are not eligible for any refund of shipping charges. 
  • Tracking numbers or delivery confirmation numbers and shipping notifications are sent to the email address that you supply at the time of the order.
