Full synthetic XT-M5-QS manual transmission fluid from Ford. This is the transmission lubricant from Motorcraft used on most Ford Focus manual transmission applications. It is a synthetic 75w90 oil. This is also popular on many Mazda Miata & Subaru Legacy GT applications. Check your owner's manual stating the use of this fluid. The part number is XT-M5-QS and meets Ford spec number WSD-M2C200-C and replaces XT-4-QGL, WSS-M2C203-A1.
