This relay is from Ford Motorcraft and OEM. The glow plug module relay is for the following applications: 1988-1994 Ford Ford F-Series trucks and E-Series vans with the 7.3 IDI Diesel engine. The part number on this relay is now DY-1128 (updates the previous DY-1023). This is also the module relay used on the 6.9 Diesel if the update has been done to the glow plug system.
