Included in this kit is the air filter assembly complete, air temperature sensor that is mounted in the base of the filter assembly, air filter restriction sensor, air filter, battery tray, insulated battery cover, air intake snorkel, mounting hardware and instructions. The kit is made to fit all 1999-2003 F250, F350, F450 & F550 models and Excursions with the 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel engine. In fact, the 7.3L AIS Severe Duty Kit has the same filter media technology used in the M1 Abrams tank. This is the ONLY Ford Authorized Severe Duty Air Filter System. The all new AIS Severe Duty Kit has more than 16 x the media surface area compared to a washable air filters, and more than 3 x the media surface area compared to conventional air filters, enabling you to go longer between filter changes. The replacement filter is available through local Ford dealers and through Motorcraft parts dealers.
