The emblem is factory OE and new still in the package from Ford Motor Company. This is the emblem that comes on the 1999 to 2004 F-150 Lightning models. The emblem is black with "Lightning" in chrome. This is the emblem that goes on the fender. It is held in place on the truck by double sided tape which is included. If your are placing them elsewhere, you simply trim off the locator taps off of the back and apply.
